My Aura Pilates Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking a class at My Aura Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
My Aura Pilates courses, classes and private lessons are valid for the length specified at the time of booking. A block booking is usually 6 weeks or as specified.
Payment is in advance via the Online Booking System. Your space is not secure until you have booked, paid in full and received a confirmation email from us.
All bookings are for that course only and are non-transferable to another course, class, different day, time or venue. Bookings cannot be shared with another person.
Once a course has been booked we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind and decide not to attend the course or are unable to attend any individual session.
All classes are booked on a first come first served basis.
We do not offer classes on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, i.e. only pay for the lessons you attend.
We will issue refunds back to your card if a class is cancelled, does not run, or is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of spaces is not filled, usually a minimum of 4 clients is needed. Each course will run at the owners discretion. If a course is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control we will refund clients booked on the course or refund for the class that is cancelled or does not run. We will make an effort to do everything within our control to run a course as advertised. However, if there is a breakdown in the facilities i.e. heating not working, no lighting or other reason and it is not safe to run the course we will run in an alternative venue or refund as appropriate.
